Our Lakeside Mansion
I have had a few requests for pictures of our house and such. I thought I would post pictures of the new lodge we just built too! I think it's the BEST one we've built yet. Dean, my oldest...only 13 took all these pictures. I think he does so GREAT!!
Here is Mabel who LOVES water! Notice she dumped over the dog's water and then decided to play in it! It was HILARIOUS to watch her play in this. This is our patio!
This picture is HYSTERICAL! The kids were SO ESTATIC about their Dollar Tree goggles. Then Millie decided to make herself a snorkle out of straws. This is our Millie. We are laughing all the time because of her.
This air conditioning unit is our gift from God in this 100 degree weather. Chris happened to find it in a junk pile outside our house. Out of sheer desperation, he plugged it in and it ended up that it worked! I found him outside, shirtless, standing over it....almost in tears. I still laugh thinking about it. Well, it pumps cool air out of the far corner so it keeps out room cool enough that when we are DYING, we can get some reprieve.
Here is our front room, dining area with my mother in law in the chair. Notice the glowy thing right underneath the window on the door. We have looked at it closely and it actually looks like an arm and hand. Any ideas? We have a few of our own. HEHEHEHEHE!!
Here is our bedroom. Dean is standing in the far corner wall to take this picture. It's about 100 square feet, I think. We LOVE it! Especially since the cooling unit was installed.

This is the side door. We enter the house through this door but it is the screen door that is attached to the patio.
Some of the forest surrounding our house! It is BREATHTAKING!! 
Lastly, here's me! Giving a little wink to all ya'll. Notice the shawl I live in! It is SO HOT that I do wear this EVERYDAY! It's like being on the beach all the time. I guess I do live on a lake.

oh Rachel!!! I miss you so much! Thanks for the little wink and all your comments. That picture in the living room is AMAZING! I can't believe that Dean was able to catch "someone" in that picture. What beautiful scenery around your house.
Christa, Your so sweet. I MISS YOU TONS too! Yeah, we did a close up and everything and it just looks to real to not be something. I'm not surprised. That house is SO OLD! Note...I was being sarcastic about lakeside manson. I'm sure you figured that out though.
