Looking Pregnant when Not!

So...a woman came to my home today to purchase our leather couches. Soon after our introductions, she looked at my belly and asked how far along I was! SAD! I just sighed and told her I wasn't pregnant. I went on to, as quickly as possible, state that I had had 2 bowel surgeries and hence, a large incisional hernia.

It is so obvious to me that I still have much to work on in regards to my body image and what I cannot change, at least right now in my life. Just wanted to share.

Oh, if there are any of you who still don't know, we are moving to Texas. Hopefully soon, I will post the details and the why's for our move. Life has been SO COMPLETELY CRAZY BUSY for this last year. Still waiting for it to slow down but trying to accept that it might not.
